Your Wood Shaper features a spindle, housing, motor raising and lowering mechanism that are a single, self-contained unit; securely assembled to the underside of the table for absolute 90 degree spindle-to-table alignment.

The rugged drive spindle assemblies with permanently lubricated ball bearings are pre-loaded to prevent distortion at high speeds; this assures you accurate, shatter-free shaping. The precision ground cast iron steel table and stand provides extra support for shaping large work. And the ribbed under-table construction prevents warping.
